About iPhoto Resize

iPhoto Resize is a free, browser-based tool for resizing photos in bulk. It was built by a small independent team operating under DGTL CR8 — a creative studio that ships simple tools we wanted to exist ourselves.

Why we built it

Every existing image resizer we tried did one of three annoying things: forced a sign-up, uploaded our photos to an unknown server, or buried the actual tool under ads and upsells. We're photographers, designers, and store owners ourselves — we just wanted a fast page that resized a folder of images, gave us a ZIP, and got out of the way.

So we built it. iPhoto Resize processes every image entirely on your own device using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your photos never travel to a server, never enter a database, and never get used to train a model.

How it stays free

Because the tool runs in your browser, our hosting costs are tiny. We cover them with tasteful ads and the occasional coffee from generous users. There is no premium tier, no locked feature, and no plan to add one.

What we're working on next

• An in-browser image compressor with quality previews
• Watermarking with fonts, logos, and tiled patterns
• Background removal and basic editing — all client-side
